We made a home on Yellow Brick Road
Received our burdens and we carried the load
We put in the miles; we lived 'em in style
We rested on our laurels for quite awhile
The kids are all grown; the flock has all flown
The nest is empty and our time is our own
So might it be time for partners in crime
To change the scenery, to make it sublime?
Don't you think that it's time we go for a ride?
See things from the other side, try the things we never tried
Hand in hand, eyes open wide
We can go soon as we decide
We'll pack our supplies; no need for goodbyes
We're the only ones in charge of our lives
I know it's still dark, but there's gas in the car
And on the road we'll be wherever we are
As soon as we're gone we'll turn the radio on
Create a soundtrack for this great denouement
If we're so inclined and sick of feeling confined
Then let's take off, no destination in mind
Don't you think that it's time we went on a drive?
See things from the other side, try the things we never tried
Whatever journey inspiration finds
It's high time we made up our minds
Ain't it time we made up our minds?

Amy

Amy yawned and left the bed
Ran around to clear her head
No breakfast, killed a bird instead
Walked the fence to change her point of view
Then what did she do?
She found a sunny patch of ground
Took a sniff, laid gently down
Watched the squirrels dart around
Closed her eyes to take a nap or two
Then what did she do?
And dreamt about food
Up again to stalk some prey
Maybe catch that dog someday
But for now she'll walk away
To find a smaller critter to pursue
Then what did she do?
She used the faucet for a drink
Left so much hair in the sink
Might be crazy, but I think
It's her mud prints in the shower too
Then what did she do?
She puked in my shoe
She's always cutting corners
Making messes I clean for her
She's ditzy, she's a hoarder
And so bad at taking orders
And I adore her
She's fine if I ignore her
And she might have a disorder
But I love her like a daughter
I hope she knows if she needs anything
I'll do it for her
Spent a long day counting sheep
Groomed intently, dug in deep
Watched us all drift off to sleep
She'll menace us before the night is through
It's how she says "I love you"

VERSE 1:
Load up your car, and meet your friends
It's fun to booze and cheer the end
Of being alone because you know
A girl from the casino
BRIDGE 1:
sino sino sino sino
CHORUS 1:
Eric Rosloff
Emmalinda
Getting married
Let's begin the
Bachelor party
It's a shame to
Do it sober
So let's drink up
A Manhattan
An old fashioned
Marijuana
If you wanna
(Yeah! Drink. Drink.)

You fell in love - now do the deed
Get married to the one you need
We'll all be there to watch you two
Exchange your vows and say I do
BRIDGE 2:

CHORUS 2:
A reception
In a campground
Celebrate the
Love that you found
Big Disco

'Cause your love rocks
A white dress and
A bouquet, yo
A tuxedo
Mighty neato

A solitary lonely boy
An only child; the only toy
That let little hands create
Left marks on my blank slate
Vivid colors; carpet stains
Minor damage; major gains
You molded my imagination
As I exercised clay causation
A racecar making rounds
I'll make the engine sounds
A stop sign; a traffic cone
With you I'm never ever alone
A spaceship dodging planets
The rocks my foe inhabits
And if in time I change my mind
I'll mash you all down and start over again
A busybody bratty girl
All the toys make my head swirl
But one stands above the rest
In little tubs, all compressed
It makes me appreciate
All the things I create
White knight with his sword drawn
Slaying dragons on the lawn
I'll be watching from my throne
With you I'm never ever alone
Purple cookies; orange cakes
To give me a bellyache
And if in time I change my mind
I'll mash you all down and start over again
A racecar making rounds
I'll make the engine sounds
A stop sign; a traffic cone
With you I'm never ever alone
A spaceship dodging planets
The rocks my foe inhabits
And if in time I change my mind
I'll mash you all down and start over again
Oh oh, my play doh
Oh oh, my play doh
Oh oh, my play doh
Can't say no to my play doh
Oh oh, let's play doh
Oh oh, let's play doh
Oh oh, my play doh
Oh oh, my play doh

It's a beautiful morning
And I'm headed somewhere beautiful
Packed everything I need
And it's high time I speed
Away from here
I've waited five minutes
And soon this will end
My vacation begins
Just around that bend
But my belt and my shoes
First must be taken off
Stopping just shy of "turn your head and cough"
I approach that machine
With a nervous stride
My adventure awaits
On the other side
Of that security gate
"Excuse me sir; please step to the side"
The agent believes I have something to hide
Inside of my luggage: a suspicious package
...well isn't that great
It seems these days we're giving freedoms away
To pay for freedom and keep baddies at bay
If you ask me, this policy is crazy
...looks like I'm gonna be late
Oh how I wish I could proceed
But security feels the need
To inspect me with bomb sniffing instruments
My threat level's measured in 3.5 ounce increments
I wish that I could fly away
I wish that I could fly away
